Hospice of Stanly County has served the residents of Stanly County, since 1982, by providing quality compassionate care for people facing an incurable illness or injury. Our healthcare program focuses on caring for persons who are in the last stages of a terminal disease, enabling them to live at home as fully and comfortably as possible.

Emphasis is places on the patient's comfort and quality of living. We will assist you in caring for your loved one by providing symptom and pain managment as well as emotional and spiritual support for the patient and family. Hospice affirms life and regards dying as a normal process. The Hospice care team includes the patient's physician, hospice medical director, nurse, nursing assistant, medical social worker, chaplain and volunteers. Our hospice team works together wtih patients and their families to bring peace and dignity to a time of tremendous upheaval and strives to help patients live each day to the fullest.
