Hospice of Stanly County works closely with long-term care facilities in our service area to provide services to patients in need of end of life care. We coordinate with facility staff to develop a plan of care focusing on comfort and quality of life.

Costs for hospice services in long-term care facilities are usually covered by Medicare or other insurance. We are proud of our ability to deliver quality, compassionate care to residents in nursing homes and our team will strive to ensure patients and families receive the full benefit possible from hospice services.
